Over the last year I've lost a lot of mobility. I have gluteal tendinopathy and getting up from sitting is very difficult and it takes many steps before I'm fully waking upright. Shelly knew exactly what that was and how to help it. She also taught me stretches that will help in between appointments.
My husband and I are expecting our first child this summer. We took all four of Shelly’s childbirth education classes and are so glad we did. Though baby isn’t here yet, we are looking ahead to labor, delivery and postpartum with much more confidence.
Just left my first prenatal massage with Shelly and so thankful to have found her! Worried about my baby being breech she took the time to explain extra excercises I could do to help turn baby. I felt like she took the extra time to reassure me and to work on my hips and pelvis to loosen muscles.
Aug 3, I had a healthy baby boy in the hospital setting. Prior to delivery, I contacted Shelly for placenta encapsulation. The entire process went smoothly, from communication to pick up, to drop off of capsules. Shelly was very prompt getting the capsules back to me.
