Where to find Sutter Coast Hospital Birth Center
What parents say
I had tremendous chest & shoulder pain and before going to Sutter hospital I read some of their reviews. Because of the negative reviews I almost drove to Brookings. The pain was too much for that drive so I went to Sutter. I don't understand how the negative people can feel so strongly.
I delivered my 4th baby here 5 days ago. Every single nurse i had was incredible. They are so attentive, caring, and actually listen to your needs and preferences. Melissa helped me so much with trying to get my baby to come down more when I was in active labor for almost 2 hours.
I did a couple of travel RN 6 month jobs here. Best place I ever worked. Docs and staff are outstanding, friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable. The unit is very nice. Housekeepers are excellent. The team work and support are their Gold Standard. Beautifully done. This is what nursing and medicine is all about.
I ended up here on vacation beacause my appendix decided it didn't want to be with me anymore. BEST ER experience ever. Nurse Sam (i hope that's her name) was truly amazing. Kept me at ease and took such good care of me. Dr. Lee was my surgeon and also was great! So thorough and straight to the point.
