Where to find The Birth Guy
What parents say
If it weren't for my husband attending the Rocking Dads Class I would have never been introduced to Brian. The second comment out of my Husband's mouth after attending his class was (the first being how much he loved his class) that I had choices. I had options in how I wanted to birth my baby.
My husband and I attended a breastfeeding class with Brian. He took his time on explaining the dos and don't about breastfeeding. We left the class less nervous and educated. After having our baby I struggled through the first 5 days. My husband told me to contact Brian for help.
I first took Brian's Rocking Dads class. He has a positive energy and is very down to earth . I enjoyed his information so much my wife and I decided to do his Facilitating Fearless Birth session.
From the first encounter in taking the rocking dads class Brian was a straight forward, very informative and helpful consultant. Just recently my wife was not feeling so confident in her breastfeeding endeavors and I remembered the plethora of information that I received in the class and how I left feeling empowered…
Frequently asked questions
- Is The Birth Guy a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- The Birth Guy is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask The Birth Guy about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does The Birth Guy offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for The Birth Guy. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does The Birth Guy accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (210) 683-0318 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
