I cannot even give more stars. 10/10 if I could. I am a black, first time mom and was so afraid of all the things you hear about being treated badly or having a high maternal death rate and etc. the ENTIRE staff for my entire stay here made the labor, delivery, and my sons first few days of life unforgettable.
Overall, our experience here was pretty great. Most of the nurses pre-labor were amazing. Shout out to our main nurse because she was absolutely THE BEST and I wish we could have remembered her name because she made us feel super calm in a very stressful time. She was kind and respectful of my privacy.
2022 update - We delivered our twins at Fairview Southdale. We are very happy with our experience with the delivery (C-section), the post-partum care and newborn care. Our nurses Rachel, Nora and Julie were outstanding.
