Ali at Joyful Birth was the first person that honestly gave the pros and cons of ALL my options. She really makes sure her clients are well informed and make their own choices. Most OB/GYNs, Midwives, doulas, and nurses say they want the mother to be informed and make her own decisions.
I went back and forth my entire pregnancy on whether I should encapsulate my placenta, and I am absolutely thrilled I decided to do it. Not only did Ali pick up my placenta, but she dropped it back off at my home for no additional charge. She was very communicative throughout the process and was so sweet.
Ali was such a gift during my birth experience. The way she was able to guide me and focus on my needs was amazing. She was so in tune with what I wanted and spoke for me in the moments I wasn't able. Her faith in Christ and constant prayer throughout my pregnancy and birth was a comfort beyond all others.
