From check in to seeing the doctor, everything went very smooth! It was my first appointment and the woman at the front desk was very nice, as well as the nurse who got me all settled in. I saw Dr. Berinstein who is new to the practice.
I have seen Dr. Pipitone here for years and she is absolutely the best! Any concern I’ve ever had is always taken seriously and addressed kindly. The nurses here are also very kind dealing with any questions or concerns I have regarding prescriptions.
I have always gone to different IHA locations but decided to try this one because I moved closer to this area. I will come back here for all of my appointments from now on ! Everyone here is so nice from the receptionist to the nurses and providers.
Great experience today! As you can likely relate, going to the obgyn can be a little uncomfortable. However, Vicky was very friendly and helpful; Dr. Baca was so comforting and informative. Front desk/ checkout staff were also great to deal with. I've always been impressed with IHA, but today took it to another level.
