Wonderful staff and facility. Both my grandchildren were born here and the experience was wonderful. One thing that can be improved on is taking care of the Dads as well as the Mom. With this, I mean have the option for the Dad to pay for meals so he doesn't have to leave the room and hospital in order to eat.
I am so glad we chose to give birth here! Everything was great from check-in to discharge. My nurses were each wonderful and the doctor was great! I don’t think I would change anything. The room was big too which was nice. The staff were all aware of my birth plan which was discussed previously.
This mom of six cannot say enough of the Lactation Consultants at St. Vincent's Monogram Maternity. They offer several free "Baby Cafés" that literally saved my last baby and put her on the road to successful breastfeeding.
Kudos to the doctors, Barbie, Kristie, Shanna, Madeline, the janitors and kitchen staff everyone was nice and polite ...took very good care of me! L&D rocks ❤️❤️❤️
