UnityPoint Health – Iowa Methodist Medical Center provides exceptional care and professionalism. The doctors, nurses, and staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to their patients’ well-being.
Met some wonderful people there during two weeks. Every person volunteering, professional and nonprofessional staff were polite, caring, understanding. When they let me bring my wife's dog in well, that just spread so much joy. Questions got answered, things got handled. They made a tough two weeks bearable.
Excellent,Excellent,Excellent. NORTH 3 Thanks for the awesome care for the 10 days I was there. I had 2 places in my back that got cut open due to having infection in my pleural space and back and in my left lung. All the Nurses and PCT’s were top notch.
I just had a triple bypass. The surgical team was excellent. All of this nursing staff, and all of the other staff members, we're excellent to deal with. I wasn't a lot of pain post surgery. They helped me manage that very well. I was sent home with a good game plan. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars.
