My husband was hospitalized twice between February and March due to complications from ALS. During the first hospitalization, he was forced to have a catheter inserted which he couldn't consent to and I didn't consent to on his behalf due to his history of prostatitis and a bladder tumor.
Absolutely a pleasant experience. Everyone was super nice. Our nurse Alyssa, in labor and delivery, was a saint and completely honest and open about everything and made us feel like we were the only people she was taking care of. Everyone in the aftercare was super nice and prompt.
They were quick and efficient. Every single staff member was so kind. Cannot say enough thanks to Dr. Wood, Nurse Claire, and the rest of the team for taking good care of our little one.
This hospital has its ups and downs! My son and mother were both hospitalized at the same time, and while my son received fantastic care from amazing staff, my mother’s experience was a little different. But overall, they were in capable hands!
