I don't know why there are such bad reviews! This is including the women's health clinic right? I LOVE the NP I see and the receptionists have always been very friendly and helpful! Some of the nurses are kinda eh but they're only with you for a couple minutes, no biggie.
Dr Sample is amazing! I love that she really listens to you, tries to work with you to get to your goals and cares. She works through the crazy insurance companies to try and get the help we need.
I was really nervous for my procedure. Dr. Anderson-Carter was great at explaining everything and taking her time. She was newer to the building and wanted to ensure she knew where everything was in the prcodure room so she made the decision to have another doc join in on the appointment.
People were friendly. I just want to say that a uterine ultra sound is extremely painful and some pain relief or some acknowledgment of said pain would have been nice. I have a high pain tolerance but still….
