Where to find Wild Rose Midwifery
What parents say
The most private intimate thing you are ever going to possibly go through an experience. Never would I take back having this experience with Wild Rose Midwifery. The girls are very highly skilled. I felt safe the entire time. We are created to do this. Every woman should be able to experience birth and bonding at home.
There aren't enough words to describe how much we love Meagan and the ladies at Wild Rose! We got pregnant in October 2024 after moving to Florida. New place, new people, it was a bit intimidating thinking about where to get prenatal care and who to trust with the birth of our first baby.
Meagan has been my ideal midwife during my second pregnancy. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, gentle, and funny! The whole team at Wild Rose was excellent during my entire pregnancy. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for them and their hearts to serve their community!
I knew the kind of birth I wanted but I didn’t know where to start. I am so incredibly grateful that Meagan was recommended to me and had the space to take me as a client. The care and kindness that not only myself (the pregnant mom) but also my partner received was beyond 5 stars.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Wild Rose Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Wild Rose Midwifery is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask Wild Rose Midwifery about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does Wild Rose Midwifery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Wild Rose Midwifery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Wild Rose Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (850) 361-8578 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
