Where to find Woman Wise Midwifery
What parents say
Although this was my third baby it was my first time going through pregnancy and delivery with a midwife and I will forever be grateful for the birth experience Ronni & her team gave me. I reached out often throughout my pregnancy with some silly questions but no one ever made me feel dumb about them.
I just had my second baby through WomanWise and cannot express how grateful I am to have these women as part of my care team. After experiencing numerous severe PTSD and trauma from prior unrelated hospitalizations, I was incredibly worried about how I would handle birthing my second in a hospital setting and whether…
I decided to try WomanWIse Midwifery for my second child after a less-than-stellar experience with a corporate OB for the birth of my first. Even though WWM was 35 minutes away from my house, it was sooo worth it!! Their practice is personal, calm, and professional.
There are TRULY not enough words to say about how wonderful Ronni is as a midwife. She is strong, sharp and smart, and she brings that strength and knowledge to each of her patients. Ronni was my midwife for two of my births and the only thing I miss about being pregnant is working with her during that process!
Frequently asked questions
- Is Woman Wise Midwifery a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife and pregnancy care center, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Woman Wise Midwifery offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Woman Wise Midwifery. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Woman Wise Midwifery accept insurance or Medicaid?
- We couldn't confirm insurance details from public information. Ask the facility which plans they accept, and check with your insurer about coverage for the type of birth care you're planning.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (484) 441-3272 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
