What parents say
I had an amazing experience with Birthways! It was a super seamless process that started with a care coordinator who paid close attention to my needs and paired me with the perfect Doula that matched not only my personal, but also my religious beliefs (which no other Doula company I spoke to was able to do).
This review is for Tara Romsaithong, my doula. Skeptical about hiring one? That was me, and let me assure you, it’s a necessity. I was planning a home birth in Chicago and because it was my first baby my midwives insisted that I hire a doula despite me saying that it wasn’t necessary.
Birthways was amazing to work with. They made the process easy, pleasant, and I knew I was getting quality support and service. It was lovely meeting with the doula before the birth. During labor, aside from my husband, she was the ONLY consistent person that was there for the whole process from beginning to end.
Birthways was great - I needed an Lactation Consultant (LC) and my Doula referred me to Birthways to get help in those critical early days with my newborn. Sonrisa was patient, kind, and listened to what my baby and I said and needed.
