What parents say
Being a first time mother, I can truly say that all of my labor & delivery plans were met because of Crown of Glory Birth. Not one thing was left , i had a swift delivery by using awesome labor techniques coached by Nadia.
As a first-time dad, I really appreciated how Nadia made sure I was just as prepared as my wife for the birth and everything that came after. She took time at each appointment to teach me how to support my wife during labor, what to expect, and how to help her recover postpartum.
I definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to do a home birth, as a now father, I was included in the whole experience, unlike the hospitals that throw us out the room and you have no say so. They took really good care of my wife and daughter, and made sure she was good when she was born.
Nadia is absolutely wonderful! I have wanted to have a home birth with all of my babies but it just didn’t happen until our last, my fourth. Let me tell you, after 3 hospital births and 1 home birth, there is no way I would ever go back to the hospital!
Frequently asked questions
- Is Crown of Glory Birth Services a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Crown of Glory Birth Services is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. - Does Crown of Glory Birth Services offer water birth?
- Their own website mentions water birth or birthing tubs. Tub availability can change and eligibility depends on your situation, so confirm directly with the facility and your provider.
- Does Crown of Glory Birth Services accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- Where does Crown of Glory Birth Services work?
- They're a service-area practice based in Hoover, Alabama — rather than a single facility address, they serve families across the area. Ask whether your location falls inside their coverage when you inquire.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (205) 894-1191 or use the website link above, or schedule a tour directly with the button above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
