Where to find Denver Birth and Wellness
What parents say
My daughter attended the Red Cross Approved Babysitting Course offered by Denver Birth and Wellness and I cant say enough good about this course, and specifically the teacher. First, the content of the course is age appropriate and informative.
Oh boy. I honestly have been putting off writing this review because I wasn’t even sure where to start. There is so much for us to say about our dear Amanda/Denver Birth & Wellness 🙏, it almost felt overwhelming to write it all out. I will try to keep it brief! Amanda started out as our Hypnobirthing educator.
Loved the Hypnobirthing and infants CPR class. Amanda is such a knowledgeable and reliable teacher. She is very genuine, kind, and has so much experience. I really enjoyed picking her brain and learning so much from her.
Amanda's hypnobirthing class is a must for expecting Mammas! The tools and exercises that I learned during our 5-weeks will be invaluable during my birthing journey! My husband and I learned so much, not only about hypnobirthing, but labor/delivery in general.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Denver Birth and Wellness a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Denver Birth and Wellness is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask Denver Birth and Wellness about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does Denver Birth and Wellness offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Denver Birth and Wellness. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Denver Birth and Wellness accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (970) 302-6359 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
