I would give a 5 star if it wasn't for one specific nurse, Angela. After my c-section she was just rude and even messed up my pain medication to the point that I was without any while the night nurse spent over an hour trying to correct her mistakes.
My wife delivered here about 2 weeks ago. Let’s start by saying the nursing staff deserve beyond a 5 star rating. Every nurse we interacted with was beyond professional and knowledgeable. All hospital staff that was involved was phenomenal. Even the front desk receptionists.
I was intending on having a very natural birth at an out-of-hospital birth center, but plans changed when I developed preeclampsia at 38 weeks and had to proceed with an induction at St. Michael's Family Birth Center. Needless to say, it was a nervewracking change of plans.
Despite the hectic nature of giving birth, my wife received wonderful care here. Her triage nurse (I forget her name, sorry) was wonderful and helped my wife transition from early labor to active labor to move to the labor and delivery rooms.
