We absolutely loved loved LOVED Amity’s “birthing from within” class. At the recommendation of our birth doula, both of us went in with an open mind but didn’t know what to expect. Amity’s class blew our minds and was SO helpful for not only the birthing person, but also the birthing partner.

My husband and I found the Bringing Baby Home workshop to be great, in large part thanks to Amity’s approach. She has a great balance of “audience participation”, using the book as a resource and offering her own experiences so that it’s helpful without being cheesy!
