Excellent hospital. Staff were friendly and efficient. We were here on the 8th floor, which requires being put on a list in order to visit your family member. Unfortunately, only 4 members are authorized to be on that list. Only two at a time. It made visiting very difficult but doable.
My husband and I have been going to Froedtert the last 3 months. Today we were waiting for someone from patient transport to take us to the CFAC department. A young man named EJ showed up. He was so polite and empathetic to why we were there that I had to let him know how wonderful he is at what he does.
Very good experience here. Staff is beyond exceptional. Nurses and aides especially..so wonderful, patient and friendly. Beds are comfy. This place is a very well oiled machine, and when you think about how massive this facility is, that's very impressive. Parking can get a bit confusing.
Dr's and staff were all great to my spouse BUT the important part of this review is regarding what other patients are allowed to do: bring crying, sick children to visit??!! Seriously?
