What parents say
Jennifer is amazing! I have so many things to say and I don't know where to start! I found her through my doula, Jes. I worked with a birthing center for my first child (resulted in c section). I defaulted to the advice of my OB to not try home birth again for my second child.
The privilege of having Jennifer as our midwife is a dream come true. She has been by my side through three miscarriages that preceded my full term pregnancy, where I experienced the most idyllic home birth.
My husband and I found Jennifer through our doula after having a cesarean with our first baby. We were both new to the idea of home birth and had our reservations given that we had a previous C-section.
Jennifer Oquendo is an amazing midwife! She is deeply caring, intelligent and an amazing support person. She has an incredible depth of knowledge for everything birth and health related. She also has wonderful attention to detail and handles any issue that may arise with a calm confidence that is very admirable.
