honestly the entire hospital was BEYOND amazing and helpful, I couldn’t have had a better delivery experience. If I were to ever become pregnant again I’d never choose anywhere but here. Throughout my pregnancy I was seeing Dr. Hamai and he exceeded my expectations as well.
Nursing staff and Dr Potts were all angels to us during our Delivery journey. We had our nurse change every 12 hours and every nurse was just as kind just as considerate to me and baby from shift start to end and I had no idea what elder they were juggling outside of my room.
04/23/2024 our Daughter was Born at Mercy Childbirth Center and I’ve got to say we thought we were prepared but the staff went above and beyond in making sure my Fiancé had everything she needed.
I was there for 3 days and had the best nurses and experience. Day 1 was a 16 hour painful labor where the day nurse Kristina (floater between Mercy hospitals) was so attentive and helpful in trying to progress labor. The night nurses were also very helpful.
