Where to find Midwifery Care
What parents say
I had my first meeting with Colleen and we're really excited to move forward with Midwifery Care. I'm sure there will be much more to add to my review in the next 30 weeks. Update: We couldn't be more pleased to have had Colleen and Victoria to counsel and aide us on this tremendous journey.
Best decision if you want seasoned respect, love, informed choices, and amazing postpartum care. My family's birth story was successful because of Colleen and Victoria.
I have had nothing but a dream experience with Colleen, Victoria & Christy! Ive just finished up my 6 week post natal appointment so I have experienced the full Gambit with them from 8wks of pregnancy to now.
Where do you even begin when trying to describe midwives who have truly changed your life? Colleen, Victoria, and Kayla were absolutely invaluable; not just during my pregnancy and birth, but especially in the postpartum period. The care I received was beyond anything I could have imagined.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Midwifery Care a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- Their public listing categorizes them as midwife, not a hospital maternity unit. Ask them directly where births take place and how they coordinate with hospitals, and confirm the details with your provider.
- Does Midwifery Care offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for Midwifery Care. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does Midwifery Care accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (541) 954-2284 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
