Where do I start?! It was the most amazing experience. This is my first child and I am so pleased with how I was taken care of at the valley hospital. We had wonderful nurses. The two who were around most was Nikki at night and Emily during the day.
I had a baby here at the end of November, and everyone was so kind and wonderful. The nurses took good care of me and my baby, the nurse anesthetist did an amazing job with my epidural, and the room service meals were fine once I added the little salt packet.
The nurses at Valley Hospital made my delivery experience absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, every support person we encountered—starting at the check-in desk—was kind, professional, and comforting. Nurse Natalie & nurse Gen were incredibly caring and compassionate.
When my husband and I arrived we were promptly checked in and I was wheeled back to the labor and delivery unit. We received a warm welcome and every staff interaction upon entering was positive and caring! All of the nurses who took care of us throughout the entire process seemed to really care and enjoy their jobs!
