What parents say
The midwives are very caring and personable but one of girl with brown hair who checks patients in at the front desk is ridiculously condescending and disrespectful. The other front desk girl with blonde hair is nice. This mean receptionist doesn't ever smile or welcome patients as they first walk in.
The midwives are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them! The support I received during pregnancy (from all of the staff in the practice) was perfect--they were patient, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable preparing for the birth of my first child.
I gave birth with mercy midwives last week and Holly was an absolute ROCKSTAR!! With our first child we went with another provider and wanted a better birth experience with our 2nd and Holly listened and helped us achieve the birth we were hoping for! And she kept me laughing through the pain of childbirth!
An excellent and well-run office with compassionate staff. When we had complications at the very end of my pregnancy, they were able to fit us in not only same-day, but same-hour to be seen.
