There is so much I can say to express how much gratitude I have for Katy as a midwife, and I’m sure you can see by her endless reviews she is phenomenal. What I want to point out is how lucky my husband and I feel for the chance to have had such a wonderful pregnancy and birth experience.
I can’t recommend Katy highly enough! As a birth doula myself, I knew the moment I found out I was pregnant with my 4th baby that I wanted her by my side. I’ve watched her care for families with such deep compassion, presence, and unwavering support—and that’s exactly what I received in my own experience.
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to Katy. As a first-time mom choosing a home birth, I needed someone who was not only knowledgeable, but deeply supportive, calm, and genuinely caring and that’s exactly who she is.
Katy at Sage Midwifery was quite honestly the greatest gift in our birth experience. After a previous situation that was… difficult (to say the least) it took a lot for me, mentally and physically, to feel confident again in my ability to have a safe, peaceful home birth.
