What this center offers
“Kyndall, Cara, and their midwifery student (Alex) walked with me through one of the most vulnerable, empowering moments of my life, and that is a rare gift.”
“I never thought I would be the type of person to want a home birth, but it made the most sense for my low risk pregnancy and desire for only necessary interventions.”
“Her prenatal care visits were something I looked forward to.”
“Not to mention, the resources and connections that Solace has are incredibly helpful—the lactation consultants, dietitians, and community provide an even stronger support system.”
“The postpartum care was just a wonderful and i felt like i had a safe place to talk about anything i needed to and by baby was so well taken care of.”

What parents say
There are not enough words to fully express the gratitude we have for Kyndall Proffitt and Solace, but this is my attempt. From the very beginning, Kyndall treated me as a whole person—not just a patient. I felt deeply heard, respected, and supported at every stage of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Solace. From the very beginning, they were incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and extremely informative every step of the way.
I switched care to Solace at 36 weeks and am so grateful that they accepted me so late into my pregnancy! I wish I was with them for my entire pregnancy. I never thought I would be the type of person to want a home birth, but it made the most sense for my low risk pregnancy and desire for only necessary interventions.
I cannot recommend Solace Midwifery enough! Cara has been so incredible through the pregnancy and birth of both of my beautiful girls. She is wonderful at really listening to you and helping you through pregnancy and birth with a wealth of knowledge and a heart for helping moms.
