What this center offers
“Finances made it difficult though, because many of the midwives around us charged more than we could afford and for awhile we thought it just wasn't in the cards for us.”
“While I have had natural births in the past, this was the first one where I didn't feel fear and I completely attribute that to the care I received.”
“The first time I met Sam and Jamie was when I was in the thick of the intense contractions and my body was starting to push at our planned home birth.”
“They incorporated my toddler into every appointment and he got very comfortable with them around the house, so much so that he became like a mini doula for my whole labor.”
“After the very first appointment with her, I had the rest of my prenatal care scheduled with her.”
What parents say again and again
“They incorporated my toddler into every appointment and he got very comfortable with them around the house, so much so that he became like a mini doula for my whole labor.”
“Working with them you receive significantly more postpartum support than you do with a hospital or birth center!”
What parents say
I had the incredible opportunity to work with midwife Jenna extensively throughout my third trimester. At the time, there was some uncertainty regarding my baby's due date and how it lined up with other logistical matters, but Jenna was always our family's rock in it all.
Solstice delivered my baby at home in July! I myself am a physician assistant and was SO grateful with how they handled my delivery. They ensured me and my baby were safe and walked me through every part of the process from prenatal to postnatal.
Solstice midwifery team feels like a big warm hug. They are the perfect definition of caring. Jenna was present at my daughter's birth and she was very knowledgeable yet so calm when things did not go as planned.
Beyond grateful for such a beautiful team of midwives, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jamie & Sam took us on late in the game after our initial midwife terminated her care with us abruptly. I say this was a call from God as I couldn’t picture giving birth with any other labor team.
