Once I became pregnant and began researching providers I quickly realized a hospital birth was not for me. My husband took some coaxing to get on board, but once we visited the center and met Ruth he understood where I was coming from. The prenatal care was phenomenal, I always looked forward to my visits with Ruth!
I went in as a first time momma knowing nothing. I was pretty nervous because I wanted a natural birth which is pretty adverse for my family. I was planning to use the birth center but after discussing my birth plan and what I wanted we actually decided to do it at home!
I love Ruth and her staff at Special Delivery! Ruth has been practicing midwifery for many years. Her knowledge and experience really put me at ease, as well as her laid back personality. Ruth is just such a personable, fun and down to earth person.
