Where to find The Birthing Inn
What parents say
I would recommend The Birthing Inn to everyone. If you are looking to have the freedom of your own pregnancy you must consider The Birthing Inn. Can not give enough praise to this center. My wife and I had our baby here. The room was a calm setting and we able to make it our own during labor.
I have now have had 2 babies here and its been the best. I love the experience and the people are so amazing! I loved giving birth here and their classes are super helpful. I had Susan Sherwood as my midwife and it was so good to be able to have all my appointments there and they helped make it so easy to take my 1.
The Birthing Inn is just one of a kind. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, calming, clean, and relaxing. All of the staff we encountered at the birthing inn were friendly and welcoming. My husband and I took the Newborn Care and breastfeeding class. We also took the childbirth 5 week course!
The birthing inn was a great place for my daughter in law and son to have there first child. No nurses in and out, a midwife that they were able to bond with and hotel like environment. Only thing I wish was different was; they need to sound proof their walls.

- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (253) 761-8939 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
