What parents say
I was supposed to have my second baby here but he decided to come early. Lynette has put together a wonderful team of Midwives! Jannae & Jaida were my ladies who cared for me including Lynette! My husband even said he didn’t ever feel stressed in their presence like you would at a hospital!
Beautiful and comforting birth center! Each midwife and student is knowledgeable and genuine. My prenatal care and birth experience was the best I've ever had! Coming from CA, where I had my first two babies in a birth center, I knew I had to find a similar place in Vancouver when I got pregnant with my third.
I had a wonderful experience having my 3rd baby here. All the midwives are knowledgable and caring. They are excellent at informed consent and help you understand all the standard things, while giving you the option to choose every piece of your medical care.
The birth center is beautiful and peaceful, and I felt supported and in control throughout my pregnancy and labor. When an emergency transfer was needed for my delivery, Lynette worked hard to get me into a hospital that respected my birth plan and joined me at the hospital, advocating for me along the way.

- Their own website mentions water birth or birthing tubs. Tub availability can change and eligibility depends on your situation, so confirm directly with the facility and your provider.
- Does The Bridge Birth Center accept insurance or Medicaid?

- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (360) 693-6875 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
