What parents say
Nurse- Midwife Kaitlyn and Dr. Forde-Kelley are fantastic. They’re knowledgeable and caring and make a fantastic team. They do not rush patients during their appointments and will take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and prove solutions tailored to you.
Kaitlyn has been absolutely wonderful throughout my entire pregnancy. She’s kind, patient, and always takes the time to listen and answer my questions. I’ve felt so supported and cared for at every visit. I’m truly grateful to have her as my provider and highly recommend her and this practice!
I cannot say enough good things about this OB/GYN office and doctor. For the first time in a very long time, I finally felt like I had a doctor who truly took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and genuinely care about my health and concerns.
I came in with a list full of questions in which I never ended up needing because Dr. Forde-Kelly took the time to detail my results from recent bloodwork. She really listened when I told her my symptoms and she gave me information and multiple treatment plans; everything I had questions about and things I didn’t…
Frequently asked questions
- Is The Women's Center a freestanding birth center or a hospital unit?
- The Women's Center is a freestanding birth center — a facility separate from a hospital. Freestanding birth centers typically serve low-risk pregnancies and have a hospital-transfer plan in place; ask The Women's Center about theirs, and confirm with your provider that a birth-center birth fits your situation.
- Does The Women's Center offer water birth?
- Water birth isn't mentioned in the public information we have for The Women's Center. If a birthing tub matters to you, ask the facility directly — options change, and our data may not capture everything they offer.
- Does The Women's Center accept insurance or Medicaid?
- Their public listing or website mentions insurance or Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and by service, so verify your specific plan directly with the facility and your insurer before you commit.
- How do I get in touch or see the facility?
- Call (407) 857-2502 or use the website link above. Most birth centers and hospital maternity units offer tours — it's the best way to get your questions answered before you decide.
